When purchasing a Valley Chrome Plating aftermarket bumper from Jones Performance Products Inc., please read through our terms of agreement before placing the order. The warranty agreement applies to aftermarket bumpers and additional parts distributed by Valley Chrome Plating through Jones Performance Products.

Valley Chrome Plating’s bumpers are typically not designed with the same look as the original factory bumper. The Valley Chrome Plating’s bumpers are designed to function properly even though appearances may vary. Valley Chrome Plating’s bumpers do have unfinished bottoms of the bumpers. The aftermarket bumpers do have grind marks along with rust on the bottom of the bumpers at times. Jones Performance Products Inc. does not take responsibility for Valley Chrome Plating’s bumpers that have grind marks and/or rust along the bottom of the bumpers when purchased or anytime throughout the lifetime of the bumper.
LIMITED WARRANTY ON VALLEY CHROME BUMPERS
VALLEY CHROME PLATING, INC. extends a warranty against rusting or peeling of the polished chrome plated surfaces for a period of one year. The bumper is warranted for one year against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply if the bumper is exposed to corrosive environments or other abnormal conditions. Warranty is void if any part of the bumper has visible damage caused by impact of any type, regardless of where the damage to the bumper is in relation to the defect. Altering the bumper in any manner also voids the warranty.
The VALLEY CHROME PLATING, INC. warranty applies to the original purchaser and is in lieu of all other express warranties for a period of one year from the date of purchase from VALLEY CHROME PLATING, INC. should the bumper appear to be defective within the warranty period, please call the factory for instructions.
This warranty is limited to the provisions shown. VALLEY CHROME PLATING, INC. does not assume responsibility for the cost of removal, installation of the bumper, or any consequential expense.
Corrosive environments include, but are not limited to: salt or other abrasive coverings put on the road to limit ice or freezing, road grinding, sand or sandstorms, following other vehicles closely causing abrasive damage, etc. Please call for a test to measure the amount of corrosion that may void the warranty.
Return Policy For Valley Chrome Plating Products
- Ordered in error is subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee, and returned freight prepaid. Shipped in “error-return” will be at Jones’ Performance expense, with prior approval.
- Custom orders and non-stock special orders are not returnable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Special Orders:
Check all Custom and Special Order shipments upon arrival for DAMAGE before accepting the delivery. Once the shipment has been signed for and unloaded by the customer, the customer assumes all responsibility for any damage to the order. If the shipment is damaged upon arrival, the customer must REFUSE the shipment and notify Jones Performance Products.
Regular Shipments:
Check all shipments upon arrival for DAMAGE before accepting the delivery. Truck Freight Shipments
Any truck freight from Jones Performance Products Inc. is recommended to go to a commercially zoned address with a fork truck, tow motor, and/or loading dock. The ship-to address must have someone available to unload the shipment upon arrival. If you have any questions regarding a ship-to address, please call 1-800-451-1600 to speak with a sales representative.
A ship-to address is considered NOT to be commercial when: a home or farm is on the property, or the property has limited access to get to the property. Customer will need to verify the freight charges to non-commercial address with a Jones Performance Products Inc. Sales Representative prior to ordering.
